Tips for Kids

1.Eat together often as a family.
2.Avoid keeping unhealthy snacks ,high cal foods,cookies, cakes,chips at home
3.Avoid eating in front of T.V
4.Never force the child to finish the plate..let his appetite decide for this....
5.Encourage drinking water instead of juices/fizzy drinks.
6.Ask the child to help in household jobs
7.Keep one meal in a week(fixed) as the junk meal
